These standards for venues include (but are not limited to):

  • Consistent hours of operation;
  • Clean dining areas and restrooms;
  • Well trained wait staff;
  • Quality food (if food is served);
  • Adequate performance space;
  • Proactive promotion through social media;
  • Constructive communication with performers regarding expectations and observations prior to and after performances;
  • Reasonable pay for services rendered by performers;
  • Prompt payment to performers upon completion of work.
